Turmeric Smoothie
A golden sweet smoothie bowl! This smoothie requires under 5 ingredients and is a combination of pineapple, banana, turmeric and milk. It is a great anti-inflammatory treat to try once a week to boost your immunity.

- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 cup almond milk
Blend pineapple, banana, turmeric and milk together until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl or cup and add your desired toppings (fresh fruit, chia seeds, coconut flakes, cocoa nibs, nuts) and enjoy!
- I used frozen fruit for this smoothie as I wanted it to have a thick texture. If you prefer it to be drinkable, you can use fresh fruit.
- Add milk to your blender last so you have an idea about how thick you would like your smoothie to be. Add more milk if you would like a weaker consistency. Add less milk if you would like a thicker consistency.
- It is best to drink this smoothie as soon as you make it to gain its highest nutritional value.
