Ingredients

  • 200g plain Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat, unsweetened)
  • 75g ripe mango (diced)
  • 100g strawberries (sliced)
  • 75g blueberries
  • 2 tbsp fresh walnuts (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp good-quality natural honey (to taste)

Instructions

  • Spoon the Greek yogurt into a serving bowl and smooth it out slightly.
  • Arrange the mango, strawberries, and blueberries over the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top for crunch.
  • Finish with a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Yogurt: Use thick, full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture. Strain if watery.
