Strawberry, Pineapple and Dragonfruit Smoothie

This easy to make, vibrant pink smoothie bowl is a great breakfast and is packed with antioxidants and nutrients. It is just what you need to start your day off on a healthy note.

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups
  • Smoothie bowl/Cup/Mason Jar

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 pink dragon fruit (fresh)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (your milk of choice)
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Blend strawberries, pineapple, dragonfruit, banana, milk and chia seeds together until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl or cup and add any of your favorite toppings (such as fresh fruit, nuts, chia seeds, coconut flakes, cocoa nibs) and enjoy!

Notes

  •  Its is best to drink this smoothie the same time you make it to gain its highest nutritional value.
  • Add milk to your blender last so that you have an idea of how thick you would like your smoothie. Add more milk if you would like a weaker consistency. Add less milk if you would like a thicker consistency.
